The National Insurance Restoration Council (NIRC) is a Non-Profit organization devoted to protecting and educating property owners and restoration contractors when dealing with insurance claims.

MISSION

The mission of the NIRC is to act as the principal advocate for improved legislation and case law to protect the consumers and contractors when dealing with insurance claims throughout the nation. The NIRC certified contractors adhere to our code of professional conduct, educate property owners about the insurance restoration processes and give back to the communities in storm damaged areas.

Company Overview

The purpose of the NIRC is to serve the common interest of  insurance restoration contractors and protect consumers from unethical contractors. The NIRC certified contractors go through an extensive background check to become members of what is considered the Diamond standard of business. The NIRC as a self regulated entity cooperates with the department of insurance (DOI) and other regulatory authorities throughout the United States to improve the standards and image of the industry through education and high standards of conduct.
